We strive to ensure that the employment of our temporary workers at our clients is as smooth and well-matched as possible. When foreign employees feel comfortable, the chances of a great collaboration increase significantly. Therefore, we place great importance on caring for our temporary workers, but let’s be honest: this requires a lot of time, effort, and costs.

Housing as a strong foundation

In recent years, we have focused heavily on optimizing our housing. Legislation regarding accommodations for foreign workers has become stricter, and we have adapted our properties accordingly. Not only to comply with the law but also to ensure the safety of our workers and to improve the quality of our housing.

This is quite a challenge, as the processes to achieve compliance are slow. We face permit requirements, consultations with municipalities, and advisory meetings with clients.

We have all the necessary expertise in-house, to the point that our clients even seek our advice for their own housing projects. Of course, that’s something we can only be proud of!

Daily support for foreign workers

Our care for foreign workers doesn’t stop with proper housing. We believe it’s important that they always have a point of contact in case of any issues. Our coordinators—Roel, Dumitru, and Kalem—serve as that point of contact and perform their roles with enthusiasm and dedication.

Their daily tasks vary greatly: transporting temporary workers’ luggage, preparing houses for new arrivals, repairing scooters, replacing smoke detectors, checking fuses, and more.

To maintain oversight of these tasks, our colleague Joery developed an efficient system to ensure seamless communication between the various offices and the coordinators. What a great team!

Future plans

We are making good progress, but we’re not there yet. We are always on the lookout for new opportunities to welcome our temporary workers in the best possible way. As you can see, we’re eager to make this story even better!
