Good care takes time, effort and resources. We know that. But we do it with pleasure, because our workers are at the heart of our success.

Housing as a strong foundation

For every worker who wishes, we provide housing as close as possible to the workplace. All our houses are fully equipped with the necessary furniture such as a sofa, table, bed and chairs, so everyone can feel at home from day one.

The safety of our workers and the quality of our housing are our top priorities. In recent years, we have invested a lot in improving our accommodations. Not only to comply with the increasingly strict regulations, but also to offer our workers a safe and pleasant living environment.

This process is not always easy. Permits, meetings with local authorities and coordination with clients take time, but we keep going. And we are proud that clients now even ask us for advice about their own housing.

Smooth transport to work

We also make sure our workers can travel safely and easily to work. Depending on the distance between the house and the workplace, we offer different transport options:

This way, everyone can get to work smoothly, safely and on time.

Daily support for our workers

Our care does not stop with housing or transport. We believe it is important that our workers always have someone to contact if they have a question or a problem. That is why our dedicated coordination team is always ready to help with any issues related to housing or transport.

Their days are never the same: preparing houses for new arrivals, repairing scooters, replacing smoke detectors, checking fuses… they do it all with care and commitment.

Our recruiters are also always available, by phone or WhatsApp. Many of them speak the same language as our workers, which builds trust and creates a strong connection.

Looking ahead

We are on the right track, but our work is never finished. We keep looking for new ways to welcome, support and help our workers grow.
